HSTRY is a website which makes it easy for users to create timelines. These timelines can be used to create an instructional unit (as I did below on the topic of digital privacy), a study guide, presentations, or really anything the user is creative enough to use it for. I find this to be a good way to provide students an interactive learning experience, where they take the lead to explore topics.
Aside from initial challenge in figuring out how to move entries (it's a simple drag and drop after you find the button in the bottom-right corner of the entry), the program was simple. I'd definitely suggest this as a way to support learning in the classroom. Check out my timeline below.
